OTIS technology is the product of years of research and development by a renowned authority in auditory research-Dr. Jozef Zwislocki, distinguished Professor Emeritus at Syracuse University. The OTIS takes advantage of the mechanical energy of the sound wave to filter, reflect, and cancel them before they reach the ear. This remarkable technology filters out harmful, high-decibel noises, but still allows low-frequency sounds, such as talking to be heard easily. The OTIS is compact and folds up for easy storage, lightweight (only 1.7oz) for greater comfort, and gives you a noise reduction rating of 26dB. Available in black.

This includes not only information about their purchase and use, but also the promotion of firearm safety and training. This law also restricts communications that promote an organization such as ours.
